Stopping By Woods On A(n) [Icy Night]...

Frost Is Cool; Ice Is ... Well, Damn Cold, To Be Honest! HA!

Reading blogger today, seems folk everywhere from Texas to Maine are nice and frosty...

Ice on the trees here in Georgia led to a cool-- pardon the pun-- photo op.

Down end of the street we went,

snapping away in the dusk...

Stay warm tonight, folks! We'll you on the morrow!

Slainte!!

Nice photography, the ice looks beautiful, but it's treacherous on the road.

Well that is just beautiful! We never really get to see ice like that around here (NB canada) because its always covered in about 10 feet of snow lol...still pretty, but not as nice as the ice covering everything! Usually come march or sow when it all starts to melt and then quick freeze overnight is when we get it best lol!

I don't know if you woke up to the beautiful white world I woke up to this morning but, if you did, I hope you get some pictures. I'd take pictures but my camera is packed. Will just have to keep them in my mind.

Miss Cinner, I believe it might! In fact, should the seeds previously sown not sprout (and they hae na, yet...) then they will be tilled in on the morrow or day after to fend for themselves as the soil warms. Meanwhile, it be early in the seadson... I will succeed! Thanks for thinking about me wee seeds, Lady Cinner!

Lady Secretia-- fortunate the "road" was only a few hundred feet long to the turn where the shoot took place. We coulda walked, but ... COLD!!! BRR!! An easy drive! Hey, thanks for the concern! Glad you liked the photos! You have a good one, beautiful lady!

Octoberfarm-- hey, I'm glad you like the imagery, and even more stoked that you're following my PagansWan! It really means a lot, my friend! Have a great evening!

Lady Sarah-- I be well, most beautiful of ones... I'll be seeking out that Gypsy campfire as soon as I say 'thankee sai' for coming by today! I think a frothy beverage will be just the thing to help thaw those frosty [pine]nuts! HAR!!! Thanks for the beautiful comment, Lady Sarah...

See ThroughGreen...wow! We rarely get snow! lol! Sounds like too much of a good thing! The ice can wreak havoc, but it is rare enough to be photographically pretty when she doth show. I really appreciate the viewing and the comment, oh ye of the Beautiful Green Eyes... ;D

Momlady-- we dinna have the beautiful dusting you spake of to Kydd via phone this morn, but we did get some of the sunshine... eventually! har! AND... I got that errant tiller running!!! So... Good to have your company today, Madame Momlady!

Thanks, folks, for all the positive input about my amatuer photo op! We'll see y'all next time, y'hear?!? :D
