thanks for the comment on my post! Im 19 years old lol! but I suppose we all must have our bouts of wisdome once in a while lol!

I followed your link and I love what you have to say! Its very thought provoking! I really like the one that ends with "they're educated". It reminds me of the things my mom sometimes says about wanting me to be educated and well rounded and well cultured and on and on... but a lot of the time, the people I meet that are all of those things dont seem to have much personality, individualism or an inspirational bone in their bodies...
I already am all of those things and I havent even finished my BA yet. It just goes to show that its not about education at all...its about the person underneath the certificate...

anyway..I loved your poetry!
Keep writing, its your talent!

Thank you, seesthroughgreen!
I remember being a bit shocked when I read on your post that you were 19-- well, that you were 14 5 years ago...lol!
I got some small formal education-- an Associates Degree, a private pilots license. I've nothing against that at all-- I think it can help a lot of folks become well-rounded-- but I think a lot of people in academia are just that (academic) and nothing else, and the worst of them feel that education makes them "more than"...

Thanks for the comments about my writing. It's a passion I'd love to see pay some day, but I ain't currently putting my efforts there.

Slainte, Lady!
